We are seeking an exceptional Estates Compliance & Quality Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, directly reporting to the Director of Estates. This is a pivotal role responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance and quality management systems across our Trust properties.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience in estates compliance and quality management
2. Strong knowledge of healthcare technical memoranda and building regulations
3. Experience with quality management systems and ISO standards
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
6. Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions
What You'll Do
1. Lead our Compliance Management System in accordance with ISO 37301
2. Manage the appointment process for Authorising Engineers, Authorised Persons and Competent Persons
3. Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Strategy for Estates
4. Oversee regulatory compliance with HTMs, HBNs, ACoPs, PAM, and the Health and Safety at Work Act
5. Lead the completion of mandated submissions including PAM and ERIC returns
