Process Engineer - Plymouth - Medical Device
We are currently hiring for our client, who is a global and industry leader in the Medical Device sector. Master Production Technology & Maintenance as well as investigating & resolve production losses (breakdowns, waste, speed issues). You will also be implementing basic maintenance for assigned product lines.
Line Performance: 4-block updates, LSA initiatives, bottleneck & KPI actions.
Data Analysis: Drive shift focus using data from MES, PAB, and VOA.
Continuous Improvement: Poke yoke, quality improvements, waste reduction, CI projects.
Resolve repeat losses, root cause analysis, systematic problem-solving.
Attend meetings, provide engineering status, agree resources.
Coaching: Qualifications: HNC/Degree in Engineering/Mechatronics or similar.
Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing, with focus on high-speed automation.
Skills: Team player & team building.
Quality Systems understanding.
PLC experience (preferred).
