Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming communications and correspondence
* Supporting project documentation and filing systems
* Coordinating meeting schedules and preparing meeting minutes
* Supporting various departments with administrative tasks
* Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
* Helping with basic financial administration
* Contributing to process improvement initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within engineering/manufacturing
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office suite
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Professional and confident manner
* Understanding of technical terminology (beneficial)
