The Role - Administration Assistant
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Administration Department.
Key Responsibilities will include the following:
1. Data preparation and input
2. Collating and generating reports
3. Purchase Ledger and invoicing
4. Organising documents; scanning, photocopying, filing, etc.
5. Answering and transferring external and internal calls
6. Supporting the day to day tasks of the administration department

The position requires someone who has excellent attention to detail, has a conscientious approach to their work and enjoys working within a team.
