The Role: Conducting asbestos condition checks and various survey types across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.
Using TEAMS software and Floor Plan Creator to complete all work electronically.
Working 80% in domestic settings, focusing on private properties (no housing association or council work).
Managing your own schedule, typically surveying three 3-bedroom houses per day, finishing around 3:30-4:00 PM.
Travelling directly from home to site, with minimal office visitssamples are posted rather than dropped off.
Whats on Offer: Competitive Basic Salary: Lucrative Bonuses: 5% of personal turnover, equating to approx.
£800-£900 per month Company Car ( personal use included) 40-hour week with optional overtime No Micromanagement: Youll be trusted to manage your workload efficiently Requirements: BOHS P402 qualification (essential) Minimum 2 years experience in asbestos surveying Excellent communication skills ability to liaise with homeowners and house sellers Valid UK driving licence (manual) Based in South/West London, Surrey, Hertfordshire, or Middlesex This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor who wants a well-structured role with great earning potential, a company car, and no micromanagement.
