Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and scheduling meetings
* Managing travel and accommodation arrangements
* Preparing and distributing documentation
* Taking minutes, maintaining records, and supporting expense claims.
* You will also provide comprehensive administrative support, manage correspondence, and assist with event organisation and member communications.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous administrative or secretarial experience
* Experience supporting senior executives and board members
* Strong budgeting and cost control abilities
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with database management
* Discretion when handling confidential information
