We are currently recruiting for a VAT Assistant to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.
VAT Assistant salary: 20k - 23k Weekly Pay Every Friday (Negotiable depending on experience)
Working hours: 9 - 5 Monday to Friday (1hr lunch)

VAT Assistant Role and Responsibilities:
* Assisting the VAT manager in daily tasks.
* Responding to calls and emails.
* Completing VAT returns.
* Administrative duties on Excel.
* Keeping to strict schedules.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
* Proficiency in using accounting software
* Strong numerical skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Good organisation skills
* Ability to work within a team
* Knowledge of accounting principles
* Knowledge of VAT procedures
* AAT Level 2 or above (Desirable)
