Your new company A leading international bank is looking for a Loan Administration Manager to join their specialised department. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a team of 7 people and work in a dedicated team whereby you would prepare loan documentation, interact with lending staff and other departments, and manage the junior staff. Your new role The daily responsibilities of the role will include: managing the daily processing of all loan documents within the Section, ensuring adherence to internal standards and external regulations. Properly prepare, finalise, perfect, and maintain loan documents to guarantee their validity and enforceability. Collaborate with lending staff and other departments involved in the creation of loan documents, collateral perfection, tracking, and release. Safeguard the confidentiality of all customer records, accounts, and transactions. Support the growth of loans and advances while ensuring data integrity. Perform additional duties as assigned. What you'll need to succeed To be applicable for this role, you must have at least 5 years experience as an LMA documentation / documentation specialist, ideally with exposure to Property & Construction loan documentation. Familiarity with LMA documentation, primary and secondary loan documentation is required. Experience in people management is also beneficial for this role.
