An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven IT professional to join the team at Manorview as our IT Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for delivering and leading IT activities across our collection of hotels, wedding venues, bars, and restaurants. This is a diverse, pacey role – where every day is different!

Whilst we have IT Partners that we have strong relationships with, this position is the standalone IT role within Manorview and as such is truly the face of technology within our company! The role is challenging but rewarding and would suit an IT specialist looking to take their career to the next level, or a current IT Manager looking for a fresh challenge. Experience in the hospitality sector would be highly useful and valuable, but if this isn’t something you have, we would still encourage you to apply.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Core requirements:
* Experience of Network subnets, VLANs, IP addressing
* Windows Server administration, Active Directory
* Azure AD, M365 administration and support (Exchange, Entra, Teams, SharePoint), InTune
* SD-WAN and VPN
* MFA administration
* Supporting Windows and Mac OS
* Wifi support and technologies
Desirable requirements:
* Cisco Meraki Routers, Switches, and Wireless administration
* Hyper-V server technology
* IP Telephony
* EPOS systems
* Cloud hosting (Azure Web Hosting)
* Reporting and analysis tools
* Vendor negotiations for Managed Services, ISP, Mobile phone provision, Cloud telephony provision
Other useful knowledge would be around CCTV, bedroom TVs, Sound and Light, Qsys systems.
