Role Purpose
This role is instrumental in the support of Verint’s sales goals. The role’s focus is to work as part of Verint’s growing Business Development team, to be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities for the sales teams to pursue in a specified region or country. The contacts will range from business unit executives and decision makers to technical individuals.
The Sales Development Representative drives demand for Verint’s products and solutions in a variety of ways, including hunting out relevant personas and engaging in direct outbound activities using platforms like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo to drive new business; researching intent data and following up by calling; emailing; and qualifying.
Effective CRM (Salesforce) use is paramount to the success of the role and the enablement of Sales development.
The role will be a first line for explaining Verint’s proposition, the solutions and the business benefits they bring. This role will have the ability to create opportunities and match the needs of the prospect to Verint’s product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
* Against defined goals and segmentation, the role should, through business discussions, identify qualified leads and opportunities for the range of Verint solutions in a specified region or country.
* This will include building the lead list, profiling targeted accounts, discussions with decision-makers and influencers and ultimately qualifying the requirement to Verint’s strict criteria.
* Use telephone, email, LinkedIn, social Media platforms and ZoomInfo to create both new contacts, leads and pipeline.
* Work defined lists and Campaigns as outlined by the Business Development Manager.
* Maintain up to date and accurate information in SFDC
* Submit accurate and thorough process reports to management as and when required

Essential:
* SaaS experience.
* Able to work independently under general direction towards predetermined longer-term goals
* Work as part of a team, building supportive and collaborative relationships with colleagues in order to meet Verint’s objectives
* Ability to map Verint strategy to customer strategy
* Experience in relating business issues to technical solutions and technical issues to business solutions.
* Ability to map technical and commercial value
Desirable:
* CcaaS solutions
* Solid understanding of contact center software and applications
* Salesforce experience
* Additional language(s) (French, German, Arabic).
