Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a part-time role within a dynamic team? We are recruiting for a Customer Success Administrator to support the Services Team within an established organisation.
This permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth project coordination, contract performance monitoring, and engagement with external Associates.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Service Support
Assist with setting up and managing service delivery projects.
Monitor service delivery performance, flagging any over/under delivery to the Customer Success Lead.
Support project close-off, gathering and collating stakeholder feedback.
Assist the Operations team in producing contract performance data and reports.
Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, PDF conversions, and data input.
Support the smooth onboarding and offboarding of Associates.
Maintain Associate engagement through newsletters, webinars, and other communications.
Order consumables as required. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to company policies, including Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities.
Maintain compliance with information security policies, supporting stakeholders where needed.
Follow document management and version control processes.
Ensure all correspondence and materials align with company branding.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and Associates. What We're Looking For
Previous experience in business support administration.
CRM experience (such as Salesforce) preferred but not essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Confident and professional when engaging with stakeholders at all levels. What’s in It for You?
