NHS Grampian is seeking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated leader to the role of Pathway Operational Manager to develop services within Grampian linking with the North of Scotland Health Boards.
NHS Grampian is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Manager to support the Emergency Pathway in NHS Grampian as Pathway Operational Manager. As a member of the Pathway Triumvirate Leadership Team in our Emergency Pathway, you will deliver, enhance and improve service delivery for the patients of the North of Scotland who require emergency care.
The post is permanent and is based within the Emergency Pathway, which covers Acute Medical Initial Assessment (AMIA), Emergency Department, Ward 103 Short Stay Medicine and a suite of support services that work with our Emergency Pathway Teams.
With a strong background in operational management, you will be responsible for access and performance, assisting in the redesign of services, and providing day-to-day support to the Service. Your excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills will enable you to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a Masters-level education and previous experience working in a similar NHS hospital setting at Band 8B or above. The successful candidate will be accountable for the effective delivery of high quality clinical services and excellent patient care, and will be joining a positive and forward thinking team.
