HR Graduate the role: You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to rewards and payroll, learning and development, employee engagement, and managing employee relations. You'll be involved in every aspect. Key responsibilities include: - Learning the importance of detail and confidentiality through the provision of HR Administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll, responding to stakeholder queries, and coordinating HR processes. - Assisting with HR projects, such as recruitment campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management reviews. - Analysing HR data to report against metrics and identify trends and patterns. - Creating reports and presentations to communicate data insights to HR stakeholders. - Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures. - Supporting team objectives. HR Graduate skills and experience: - A graduate with a 2.1 or above at bachelor's degree level - Strong numerical/analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A keen interest in HR and data analysis. - The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK.
