Job summary 1 fixed term post from 12 months of start date The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Integrated Care Board Clinical Quality and Personalisation Team is seeking 1 Band 7 Senior Case Manager to support applications to the Court of Protection for individuals who lack capacity and require restrictions within the community. Main duties of the job We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake mental capacity assessments and to lead on best interest meetings for people who live with restrictions in the community. This individual will work alongside the cooperate and legal teams providing support and expertise with Court of Protection cases, completing court required paperwork and statements.
