This is an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen your leadership skills, working as part of an incredibly supportive and inclusive leadership team who put patients and our staff members at the heart of everything we do. You will be leading a team of pharmacy technicians and senior pharmacy services assistants within the surgical team known, as TRACT. This team covers a wide array of specialities including renal medicine, transplant, general surgery, colorectal surgery and ICU areas.
