The Best Connection Newcastle are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to work for our client in Newcastle's busy city center. This role is temporary, full time and expected to last until August 2024.
The role:
1. Manning the reception of a busy solicitors office
2. Basic admin duties including data entry, answering calls, responding to emails etc
3. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
The ideal candidate:
4. Admin experience in a fast paced environment
5. Must be accurate when entering data into computers
6. Familiar with Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel and Word
7. Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
8. Reliable, punctual and hard working
Hours + Pay:
9. Monday to Friday
10. 9am - 5pm
11. £12.00 per hour
12. Ongoing work until August 2024
