About the Role: Working flexibly with the research team, your focus will be on the daily, efficient running of administration, specifically the Community, Inclusion and Engagement (CIE) and stakeholder activities. You will arrange meetings with other internal units and external organisations and services as appropriate and maintain accurate and secure record keeping in both electronic and paper format necessary to the efficient running of the programme of work and in association with the wider requirements of the academic partners. You will support centralised electronic filing of relevant documentation e.g. Project documentation, external contacts in accordance with data governance and GDPR and for the purpose of data gathering and analysis associated. You will provide secretarial support to the AHP Workforce Partnership Research Lead, as required, and the main committees and working groups e.g. Governance groups, stakeholder and CIE groups including timely circulation and dissemination of relevant information necessary to the efficient running of the AHP Workforce Research Partnership. You will have a Degree or equivalent appropriate experience in management of administrative processes, project management and effective communication skills. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and good organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage own workload and to multitask. This is a very large team -based research project related to allied health professional workforce across the East of England, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire, you will understand the need to work in strong collaboration with internal and external partners in the context of the Health and Care Research Centre.
