Description People Administrator 6 month FTC As People Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the key functions of Ocado Logistics including but not limited to our People Team, Recruitment, Payroll, Planning, Managers and Employees Accountabilities: Delivering exceptional customer service Ensuring that process and resolution to queries are completed within the agreed SLAs Ensuring reports/trackers are completed within the relevant business stream to the required standard Managing and resolving queries received via our case management system Management of the HR Systems, ensuring data is up to date and accurate. Suggest improvements in quality, efficiency and excellent client service Support fellow team members in daily tasks, as appropriate Ensure mandatory compliance training is completed within the required timescales Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills Displays high levels of accuracy and a strong attention to detail Able to motivate and lead by example Works well with others to achieve shared goals Customer focused and consistently seeks to improve the customer journey / experience Experience of Microsoft package (intermediate excel) and confident approach to IT systems in general including mail merge, Powerpoint Have an administrative background, with experience in handling requests from internal and external parties Be able to multitask and work in a busy and pressurised environment Have a can do attitude, be proactive and keen to develop their knowledge Be a team player whilst being able to take ownership of their own workload Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload and to meet set deadlines and targets
