Your role: We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water team to be based in Dublin, joining our 2025 Graduate Programme. As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your engineering expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment. Our team offers hands-on experience from the very beginning. You'll be mentored by senior members as you assist in transforming projects from initial sketches to intricate designs. You will have the opportunity to learn and utilise various software programs like ArcGIS and ACAD, alongside data manipulation, technical report writing, and using specialised design tools. There are a wide range of exciting projects you could be involved in, from supporting the urban drainage modelling team with DAPs (Drainage Area Plans), to assisting the civils team with wastewater treatment plant designs. You could even contribute to the Nature Positive Infrastructure Team's mission of exploring and incorporating natural solutions like integrated constructed wetlands. The Joint Venture will support Irish Water’s Business Plan objectives up to 2027, which will see a €3.5bn investment in asset delivery across three primary portfolios: Wastewater Capital, Networks and Water Capital.
