Our portfolio includes industry drivers like Unilever, Ford, BP, Volvo, Nestle and Ferrero, amongst others. We have strong longstanding client relationships and our remit with clients span s Asia, North America, Europe and LatAm regions. We are expanding our team. We have a fantastic role which we are now recruiting for, working primarily with Colgate - Palmolive, a hugely important client who has partnered with GroupM for over 20 years. We continue to evolve our relationship and innovate in our ways of work ing and have recently launched a new holistic investment governance framework with this client. This new role would support our team in the successful roll out of this programme across 90 global markets. The role will cover many areas of in vestment management including accountability to trading targets, support and governance around GroupM trading products, digital partnerships, holistic media value opportunities but to mention som e; as well as an opportunity to get closer to clients. Together, we are raising the bar and partnering to drive transformation across areas including investment, digital, data, technology and innovative solutions. The skill set for the role We are looking for someone with 6 years’ experience, ideally with a media auditor, a vendor, advertiser or within an investment management agency team. Skills in maths and attention to detail are essential. We are i nterested in advanced analytics and data visualisation skills such as Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI, and any VBA/macro writing skills. Equally important is an ability to develop and nurture relationships with a wide range of colleagues, both within internal global teams and external parties. Strong organisation, communication skills and problem-solving skills would be beneficial, as well as a proactive and friendly approach. The focus areas of this role will include: Accountability and Solutions Working with local market trading teams to ensure commitments are delivered, supporting in developing solution focused approaches where needed, and leading stakeholder discussions. Strong understanding of commitments and MSA requirements. Market Intelligence Market intelligence in areas such as investment strategy, media channel evolution and trading metrics/inflation. Expectation to invest in own knowledge of market and industry developments and can develop this knowledge into informed opinions to aid discussions. People and Project Management Ability to manage, motivate and develop junior team members, ensuring high quality work, developing knowledge and skillset s. Confident at manag ing stakeholders upwards and developing beneficial client relationships. A bility to prioritise, adapt and manage deliverables. Relationship Focus An ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships with a proactive, solutions focused approach is critical. Demonstrating a considered and commercial focus in issue resolution. Innovation Involved in the workstreams around GroupM Trading products, including governance, tracking, identifying value and supporting local market / client conversations. New Business Likely role in trading element of new business pitch, working with local markets, clients, auditors and internal stakeholders. Team Focus Active participation in team, workstreams and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members in the Mindshare Investment team. Performance Measures Success is measured against agreed KPI’s which will be discussed periodically throughout the year.
