Company:
A UK based specialist who supply, install and maintain Industrial doors. With over 40 years experience in their specialist field, they work with some of the UK's best known companies including Morrisons, Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, Audi, Arla Foods, BMW, Ministry of Defence, GSK and many more.
The Role:
This is an office based role where you will be part of a 4 to 5 person team. Your duties will mainly consist of:
1. Taking calls and booking in reactive and planned maintenance jobs
2. Liaising with the mobile engineers and sub-contractors
3. Providing estimates and quotes using 'Big Change' software package
4. Purchasing parts
5. Ordering access equipment
6. Invoicing
7. Accepting deliveries
8. Packaging parts / shipping and arranging collections
9. Stock control
40 hours per week 8.30am - 5pm
The Person:
You will have experience of working in a maintenance environment where engineer's work is both planned and reactive. Experience of using 'BIG CHANGE' would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
The Salary and Benefits:
Salary is between £26,000 - £28,000,
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Pension 3% / 5%
On call emergency response rota is 1 week in 3 - £100 allowance. Incoming requests are usually via emails and you will allocate these to engineers.
If you already have experience working within the industrial doors industry, carrying out a similar role, there is the opportunity to be Service / Maintenance Office Manager with a salary up to c£35k.
