Job Title : Night Wake Residential Support Worker
Salary: £12,290 - £12,494 per annum PLUS time and 1 third enhancement for working between 10pm and 6am
20 Hours per Week

The Role
Have you got experience in working with children and young people with disabilities or challenging behaviour, have you got a passion and motivation for making a difference and promoting health and happiness, if so then we would love you to come and join us in our team of Residential support workers.
Kidderminster Short breaks is part of the Worcestershire children first that delivers children services on behalf of the local authority, we provide a specialist day care and overnight respite for children and young people with learning disabilities between the age of 5-17 from across Worcestershire.
We have an established and skilled team who enjoy making an impact to young people’s loves in Worcestershire, Worcestershire aspires to promote development in our team through training, a supportive leadership team and aspirations to deliver a service to young people.
As a Residential support worker at Kidderminster short breaks, you will be ambitious for the young people, help them to achieve the goals and maximise their potential.
You will work directly with the children and young people, building effective relationships with them, their families and the other professionals.
We require a wake night residential support worker to work from 21.30-07.30 two nights a week to provide support and care to children that may be awake through the night.
