Utilities Coordinator £25-28K must have own car + onsite parking

Our highly respected client is seeking a motivated Utilities Coordinator to join their team. This new and exciting role requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage utilities services, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
2. Handle administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and updating databases.
3. Provide strong support for account management, liaising with clients and vendors to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
4. Utilise MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage data, create reports, and communicate effectively.
5. Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and deadlines for various utilities projects.
6. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, maintaining high levels of customer service.
7. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
8. Excellent administrative and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
9. Account management experience with a customer-focused approach.
10. Outstanding organisational and communication skills, able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
11. Previous experience in a utilities or similar sector is a plus.
