Job Overview
Based in our offices in Solihull, you will provide an efficient and effective administrative support service within the Solihull Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. To assist the team administrator with administrative and secretarial duties and provide support to our clinical team.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the provision of an administrative service within the Solihull Neighbourhood Mental Health Team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Business admin level 2 or equivalent
* English GCSE grade 4 or equivalent
* Maths GCSE grade 4 or equivalent
* RSA II or equivalent
* RSA Typing III or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience
* Experience of dealing with sensitive/distressing issues.
* Significant secretarial experience preferably within a medical background.
* Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
Skills
* Ability to take minutes.
* Aptitude for ICT.
* Experience of using Rio, Emis and other healthcare systems.
* Ability to communicate at all levels.
