Job Description Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Department: Lettings Responsible to: Lettings Director Line Manage ment: No Purpose of Role (the objective of the role) To assist the Lettings Director in ensuring that all available properties are let in a timely manner by conducting viewings on the Legacie managed portfolio in Liverpool. Primary responsibilities, tasks and duties (this list is not exhaustive) Responsibilities: - Conduct property viewings with potential tenants - Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients - Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Understand the local lettings market Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Strong administrative abilities to handle paperwork and documentation - Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proven track record in lettings within the property industry - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Flexible approach to working hours - Must have own car Key Requirements / Competencies ( skills, abilities, behaviours & knowledge that enables effective performance) At least 12 months experience in lettings Ability to work as part of a team Have use of your own car for business purposes Computer literate Full UK driving licence Exceptional communication skills Proven track record in achieving lettings targets. Can do attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated Well presented Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company’s reputation Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
