An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse/ Deputy Team leader, to work within the Aberdeenshire South Health and Social Care Partnership. We are looking for a motivated skilled Practitioner who is able to carry out first referral mental health assessments, provide low intensity psychological therapies, formulate care plans and evaluate care. As well as manage their own patient caseload, the Deputy Team Leader CMHN will assist with the supervision of any junior staff. They will also assist and deputise for the Band 7 with the overall running of the team. The successful candidate must be flexible, adapt well to change and be invested in providing and developing themselves and our service. To reflect the needs of the service and team it may be that your caseload will be functional and organic. The successful candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse preferably with Older Adult Community Mental Health experience. The successful candidate will be a car driver / access to a car.
