Responsibilities
• First point of contact, providing support for MS Office / general IT issues.
• General administrative duties, maintaining records of licenses and software subscriptions.
• Manage user accounts by creating and deleting system logins
• Assist with data cleansing / editing
• Upload and input daily new business records to our back-office system
• Produce and distribute monthly customer satisfaction surveys, using mail merge
