Deals Operations & Account Management Intern, Channel Sales

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Deals Operations & Account Management Intern in Singapore for amazon.sg. The intern will work closely with the deals and events manager and sales teams around the world to improve processes, manage performance metrics, support the successful execution of key events, and get a chance to work with sellers to grow their business on Amazon.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Support Deals Specialist and work with multiple local sales teams to support submitted deals and promotions in terms of deal validation, deal creation, deal audit, and performance reporting.
2. Identify opportunities to improve processes, including driving automation and increasing overall team efficiencies.
3. Analyze and deliver insights to improve deal performance.
4. Develop and track key performance metrics using Excel and other internal Amazon systems.
5. Support event operations from deal sourcing, seller communication, deals loading, and performance reporting.
6. Work with all levels of a seller's organization, build trust over short engagements via phone or email, manage relationships with key accounts, and develop strategies to maximize these relationships.
7. Negotiate/sell Amazon features, provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers.
8. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, and working with Selling Partners to improve performance. Additionally, responsible for proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation.
Minimum Requirements
1. Penultimate year Bachelor's student.
2. Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2025.
3. Expected graduation from July 2025 onwards.
4. Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore.

5. Data-driven and comfortable working on data analyst tasks.
6. Experience in the global e-commerce business.
7. Interest in e-commerce and cross-border business.
8. Experience in analyzing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations.
