The New Business Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the conversion of inbound leads, building relationships with new enquiries, and ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team. The role also involves networking to generate new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams, including the marketing team and Business Development Manager, to enhance client experience and drive growth. Key Areas of Accountability: 1. Lead Management & Conversion Manage inbound leads and support conversion of them through proactive engagement and timely follow-ups, ensuring smooth handover to the onboarding team. Prepare proposal documents. Work with the BD Manager to optimise lead conversion strategies. Client Relationship Management (New Enquiries Only) Build strong, professional relationships with new enquiries, ensuring high trust and engagement throughout the lead conversion process. Ensure seamless transition of clients to onboarding once conversion is complete. Networking & Business Development Actively participate in networking events and build relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities. Leverage networking connections for lead generation and business development. Collaboration with Marketing & Business Development Work closely with the marketing team to ensure lead generation aligns with business goals, providing feedback on marketing efforts. Coordinate with the BD Manager to ensure smooth handling of leads. CRM & Data Management Track all lead interactions and ensure accurate data capture in the CRM system. Provide regular reports and insights on lead conversion performance. Onboarding Handover Ensure a smooth and effective transfer of converted clients to the onboarding team, providing all necessary information for a successful transition. Key Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in lead conversion and client experience. Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with new enquiries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven with excellent communication skills. Passion for networking and business development.
