Spanish speaking International Field Support Engineer (Electro-mechanical) Seeking a talented field-based Product Support / Technical Engineer fluent in both English and Spanish languages. Based out of our West Midlands HQ, you will provide Stiltz Trade customers across the UK and internationally with all technical aspects of installation, service and maintenance of our award winning Stiltz homelift product range. You will be required to travel internationally, working as part of a small team responsible for onboarding Stiltz new trade customers across the world. Providing in house classroom and on-site technical training and first line technical support What you will do: Working independently but as part of a small team, you will be one of our 'go to' technical specialists, responsible for on-boarding new trade customers, providing in-house classroom and on-site technical training across our Stiltz Homelifts range. Providing technical support and advice you will work closely with our international customer base, therefore, fluent Spanish and English languages (written and verbal) are essential. Work on product improvements and testing with our R&D engineering team, supporting new product introductions. Provide a first line technical support with advanced troubleshooting skills remotely and on site as required. What you need to succeed: Proven and successful track record of working within a similar field based international technical support role. Relevant technical qualification, minimal SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Demonstrate a high degree of technical proficiency, effective problem-solving and analytical skills. You will be an organised individual who is both technically capable and able to articulate technical instruction and assistance. Effective interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for taking care of our customers. Able to work autonomously Fluent in Spanish and English languages, is essential (both written & verbal). A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally. A full valid UK driving license. Location: UK based (ideally, you will be based within commuting distance of Stiltz HQ, Kingswinford, West Midlands) with extensive European and international travel.
