IT Support Analyst (Law firm)

Position Overview:
As an IT Support Analyst, this role is responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to end-users with their IT-related issues. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, minimizes downtime, and enhances user satisfaction by addressing IT concerns promptly and accurately.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10
2. Strong knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Good knowledge of Active Directory
4. Good experience in ticketing to ITIL best practices
5. Good knowledge of common networking and troubleshooting
6. Experience with troubleshooting network printers, MFPs and copiers
7. Experience with supporting and configuring mobile devices, specifically supporting iOS platform
