Location: CBRE
Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 06:30 till 15:00 + overtime
Key responsibilities
* Develop and design innovative salad and finger food menus.
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
* Responsible for the running of the hospitality section from working breakfast to fine dining lunches, including sandwich lunches.
* Responsible for some fine dining, around 10 covers a month.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and storage areas.
* Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling.
