This role will support the Global Visual Merchandising team overseeing the Europe and Middle East region while the VM Regional Manager is on leave. This role will assist in the VM seasonal update planning process, development, production, and regional secondary requests.
Job Duties
1. Working with the VM Manager from APAC, create planograms for EMEA retailers seasonally.
2. Communicate milestones and due dates to the Sales team to receive and review Add/Deletes and Assortments (Sales to provide shade order and pricing).
3. Collaborate with the Creative Ops Manager and Director VM to ensure milestone dates are met.
4. All requests created and tracked in Asana.
5. Lead weekly status meetings with vendors.
6. Attend recurring meetings with the Global VM team and International Sales.
7. Share planograms with cross-functional partners and retailers.
8. Kick off projects to vendors, plan timelines for production, track development, and schedule installs.
9. Request schedules from all vendors (these need to be approved by sales and retailer and submitted 1 month ahead of ocd).
10. Liase with vendors for production and provide timely feedback.
11. Review engineering, type-safety files, and prototypes (via video or in-person depending on the complexity of the update) with the VM Director.
12. Create artwork requests once type-safety and assortments have been reviewed and are ready to pass off to the creative team (Requests placed 1 month prior to due date).
13. Request renderings from the 3D designer – Global VM to provide a list of which fixtures get rendered.
14. Ensure door counts are kept up to date per season for door quantities (sales to manage).
15. Follow up on all installations, manage any issues, and share photos internally.
16. Manage vendors to build/install new fixtures and organize renovations.
17. Obtain costs for new doors and negotiate timelines.
18. This is a temporary contract for 4 months.
19. Candidates must be based in the EU or UK.
