Our marketing team ensure we stand out amongst our competitors, have a compelling presence, messaging and content programme to attract clients and talent, and ensure we’re the first port of call for the most interesting brand opportunities in the marketplace. Using your experience and skills, you will drive and coordinate the execution of strategic Marketing activity to strengthen our reputation and position as leading global brand consultancy in the market. —— You are responsible for: Content Manage the WOGLO Channel Content timeline Project manage WOGLO case study and work launches Ensure all Marketing content copy meets our standards Drive the publication of regular content on the website Drive the delivery of the WOGLO Bites Newsletter PR Recognise PR opportunities for our global spokespeople Build knowledge of US and UK media landscape, including key journalists and placement slots Assess all PR opps against the Marketing Strategy as well as own research Events Assist the Marketing Director in shaping event speaker pitches and event presentation content Shape the Marketing events list and oversee actions Project manage WO-owned events Drive email campaigns and social promo as required for each event Awards Work with the WOGLO GCC, Marketing Director and CEO on annual awards strategy Support the Marketing Executive in coordination of award entries with project teams Support Marketing Director in optimising final award entry content Strategy Assist the Marketing Director in shaping the annual marketing strategy Support the creation of marketing toolkits for our core business offers: Brand, Culture, Experience (key messages, spokespeople, content plan) Manage the day-to-day implementation of the marketing strategy, prioritising workload and resource in service of that but also business growth Assess all reactive and proactive Marketing opportunities to ensure on-strategy Insights Track industry news, i.e. events, competitor activity - highlight learnings and propose action we should take Track department and channel analytics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis – highlight learnings and propose action we should take Collate feedback from event attendees to shape and share key insights for event strategy Create Competitor audit for sharing with Marketing Director and CEO every 6 months Community Host the new starter induction using new approved deck and identify and log people’s interest areas for future marketing activity Own/Share Marketing updates during company MMMs (both US and UK) Maintain the stakeholder and client contact database/CRM with the new business team, GPs and engagement community Channel & Department Track and record all operations, processes and passwords for the department within the Department Continuity document / section of the server Save all files by default to the Marketing Server Record and save down compliance checks and client permissions for external comms on all WO x Work and WO x Awards Managing the relationship with digital partners: website developers, SEO consultant, CMS access Wider marketing partnership, subscription and digital profile management and maintenance —— Our focus on people and the world: Wolff Olins believes in creating an environment where people can bring their whole selves to work. Requirements You will: Have experience working in an events or relationship-building role and within a creative agency or environment would be preferred.
