We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will need to be a passionate leader and proactive in establishing the brand in the local area, putting the customer at the heart of everything that you do while leading your team to success by living the FatFace Vision & Values.
To commercially manage the store by maximizing profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our Brand through the visual proposition. Train, develop and lead your crew to their full potential.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the FatFace brand and culture to our customers through your team.
Responsibilities:
1. Use knowledge of local markets, financial data, retail and company strategy to meet and exceed agreed targets for Sales, Payroll and Stock integrity, thereby delivering profit expectations.
2. Proactively manage the performance of yourself and your team across all business KPIs.
3. Deliver the successful implementation and maintenance of the brand proposition in your store.
4. Drive and role model customer service standards to exceed customer expectations and meet customer service KPI measures.
5. Complete appraisals and performance reviews for all store management and crew.
6. Recruit, train and develop team, through leading by example and creating a motivating work environment.
7. Ensure correct procedures are adhered to in a professional manner for your crew and store including cash & stock, health & safety, office, security of premises, key holders and loss prevention.
8. Ensure that the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls and crew productivity.
9. Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximize the stock package.
10. Use commercial creativity to maximize sales opportunities that are unique to your local market.
11. Execute the FatFace Visual proposition to company standards.
12. Abide by all FatFace policy and procedures.
13. Use effective planning and organizational skills to successfully implement the retail plan.
