Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity available for experienced Senior Associates to join our Global Mobility Tax Client Relationship Team in our regional offices (locations Watford, Reading, Bristol).
We are seeking experienced Senior Associates, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver a seamless service for our clients, their Human Resources and Global Mobility teams, and their mobile employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will work on diverse projects, advising clients on global mobility strategy, policy development, compliance, and process improvements. Strong organisational skills are key and day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on global mobility matters, policies, tax, social security, and payroll compliance.
* Day-to-day support with assignment and mobility-related queries from employees, clients, and their external vendors.
* Support the development and implementation of global mobility programs, advising on pre-move planning, post-move implications, changes to assignee circumstances.
* Analyze and interpret global mobility trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global network on complex queries.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
* Leading on briefings.
* Preparing/reviewing cost estimates and projections, assignment documentation (letters, compensation statements, and balance sheets).
* Preparation/review of hypo tax calculations, assignment allowances etc.
* Understanding of expatriate payroll and impact of changes in compensation and allowances as a result of an international move.
* Managing financial performance and billing.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in global mobility, expatriate tax, HR consulting, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of global mobility policies, tax, social security, and compliance considerations.
* Experience working with multinational clients and navigating complex cross-border challenges.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., ATT, CTA) are a plus, but not essential.
