The Role Deliver innovative and impactful recruiting strategies of colleagues across the UK that is aligned to market dynamics. Support in evolving candidate expectations whilst delivering an exceptional candidate experience in line with our brand, feeding into Railpen’s people strategy. The Role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide expert advice on resourcing policies and guide stakeholders on interviewing and recruiting methods to ensure sound hiring decisions. You will collaborate closely with HR and Hiring Managers, advising on assessment methods aligned with behaviour and capability frameworks to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. The Person We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with HR and the wider business, influencing stakeholders at all levels. You should be able to consult with hiring managers to understand their needs and prioritize candidate experience and effective vacancy delivery to onboarding. The ideal candidate will work independently and proactively, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A background in recruitment within the financial services or a similar industry would be advantageous.
