Purpose of the role
To develop, implement, and manage digital marketing platform and channels, including the management of the website, social media channels and marketing technology platforms.
Accountabilities
1. Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with the bank's business objectives and are informed by market research, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, communications, and IT, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
3. Development of compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, optimizing online content for search engines to improve organic search visibility and managing paid search campaigns for driving targeted traffic and conversion goals, as required.
4. Analysis of data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies, using data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
5. Management of marketing technology platforms, where applicable.
6. Management and updating of digital marketing platforms and channels such as websites and social media channels, as needed.
7. Development of compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, inclusive of partner channels and assets, where applicable.
Vice President Expectations
