About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to join our growing finance and business support team. Reporting to the Finance and Business Support Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from their AI solutions. The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager will lead our talent acquisition strategy while establishing and managing comprehensive HR operations at ICS.AI. This pivotal role will drive our recruitment efforts to meet our growth targets over the next 12 months, developing innovative sourcing strategies in the competitive tech talent market. Simultaneously, the role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, building robust HR infrastructure to support our expanding team. The successful candidate will bring expertise in both talent acquisition and HR operations, serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment and HR-related matters. Key Responsibilities Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to support company growth targets Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job descriptions to onboarding Build relationships with recruitment agencies and develop direct sourcing capabilities Create and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles Implement recruitment metrics and reporting to track effectiveness Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimise talent acquisition and selection Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate effectively Create and maintain onboarding documentation and administrative processes Manage the offboarding process with professionalism and care Audit and maintain efficient HR processes, systems and documentation Ensure compliance with UK employment law and regulations, supported by external HR agency Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Implement AI-driven tools to streamline HR operations and administrative tasks Process payroll information in liaison with finance team Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries Produce regular HR reports for senior management Monitor and analyse key HR metrics and KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements Manage the setting, reporting and outcomes of the company’s quarterly performance-based objectives programme Support line managers in handling disciplinary, performance management, and grievance processes Support conflict resolution and facilitate constructive dialogue Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, identifying and supporting training and development needs in conjunction with line managers AI-First Approach: As an AI company, we embrace an AI-first culture in all aspects of our operations.
