The post holder will: Assist with the implementation of the Council’s roles and responsibilities as the Lead Local Flood Authority for the Borough, with regard to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 Assist the Drainage and Flood Risk Team Leader in the development and maintenance of the Council’s Flood Risk Management Strategy Assist in the design and implementation of drainage and municipal engineering schemes Provide support for the provision of technical advice on a variety of flooding and drainage matters, under guidance, to other members of the Service Area, members of the Public and others within the Council.
