Job Type: Full-Time Location: London Reporting to: Group Head of Sales Salary: £50,000 Commission Job Description As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering world-class customer experiences. This includes: Key Responsibilities Sales Performance and Delivery: To meet a minimum of 90 mins sales talk time per Provide a high level of robust, thorough, and reliable account management of your existing client base. Upselling existing clients by adding sponsorship packages as well as cross-selling into all relevant events in the portfolio, where opportunity Achieving and exceeding individual monthly team & individual sales targets set and agreed with the Group Head of Sales. Reporting all weekly individual sales progress and submit a weekly and monthly revenue pledge to the team. Keep client management system accurately up to date with individual new sales leads, pipeline, sales contracts and use CRM to manage accounts Be able to develop and deliver accurate sales updates from CRM system for their own accounts, both ad-hoc and in weekly sales Strategy and Product Development Analysing the competitive landscape to bring new revenue generating options to the Being able to identify areas for new business growth and clearly articulate the value and Taking the lead of specific projects as part of new event feature development, to ensure project milestones are Financial Management and Reporting Maintaining accurate records of sales process activity in our CRM system to enable accurate reporting as Assessing, monitoring, and improving sales efficiency and results by conducting regular analysis of KPIs. Requirements Have a proven track record in event sponsorship sales Be an ambitious, highly motivated self-starter. Be positive about change and thrive in a high performing Be committed to exceeding business objectives & strive to maximise your Lead by example in all aspects of professional behaviour whilst on company business in and out of the office.
