Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of Housing Disrepair Litigation matters, ensuring all cases are effectively managed and progressed in a timely manner. Liaise with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of housing disrepair claims, drafting legal documents and proceedings as required. Collaborate with external partners, such as barristers and experts, to strengthen cases and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Attend hearings and court proceedings, representing the client and advocating for their rights. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Housing Disrepair Litigation. Strong knowledge of housing disrepair legislation and case law. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. Superior negotiation and advocacy skills. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Client-focused with a genuine desire to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
