The Role The Purpose of the Role: The Project Delivery Assistant provides essential administrative and organisational support within the project delivery team, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation for ongoing store investment projects. • Attend project meetings, take accurate notes, and record key actions and decisions.• Distribute meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions where necessary.• Ensure all project documents and updates are saved and organised in SharePoint or other designated locations.• Maintain up-to-date trackers and logs to ensure visibility across teams.• Act as a central point of contact for information requests, funnelling updates to relevant team members.• Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting organisation as required.• Provide administrative assistance to Project Delivery Coordinators and Managers.• Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries for team reviews.• Ensure adherence to established documentation and data storage processes. The Person Key Requirements: • Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role.• Experience managing team calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising logistics• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint• Demonstrated experience in maintaining document repositories, keeping them well-organised and accessible.• Understanding of system navigation, creating folders, and managing permissions.
