Night Care Team Manager - Weekdays and alternate weekends required

As a Night Care Team Manager you will be responsible for:
* Leading a small care team.
* Maximising the quality of life for all our residents and maintaining the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
Your Skills:
* Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent.
* Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or other professional qualification in the caring field.
* Essential to have practical experience of working with older people or another adult client group.
* Attention to detail and good team skills are essential.

* Royston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Level 2 diploma in Health & Social Care (required)
* Level 3 diploma in Health & Social Care (preferred)
