About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of our annual marketing plan. Key goals include generating referrer leads through a strong clinical network and driving patient acquisition. You’ll own campaigns that grow our brand and deliver measurable results. Strong internal communication will also be key to align and motivate our team. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketer with a passion for healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Plan
* Set out campaign activity for the quarter
Content
* Agree content strategy, set and manage schedule
* Write marketing content
* Oversee creation of specialist articles, blogs, opinion pieces
* Liaise with clinicians to create CPD education series
Report
* Monthly report and KPIs
* Weekly contribution to management meeting
Digital marketing
* Agree approach, strategy and content
* Oversee in-house activities to optimise SEO / Social Strategy
* Manage third parties to deliver
Manage
* Lead and motivate team members
Budget
* Manage resources, track spend against results and ROI
Relationships
* Find new strategic relationships
* Manage existing with partners, referrer networks
* Gather patient and referrer insights
Systems / processes
* Manage data and CRM platform in line with objectives
* Manage data integrity and compliance
* Document processes for all stages of customer journey
Third party management
* E.g. Brand, digital campaigns, SEO, paid advertising
* Set objectives
* Agree budget
* Hold to account to deliver against objectives
Minimum 3 years’ experience with the following things…
* SMB marketing
* Marketing or sales experience in B2B and B2C
* Healthcare experience not essential but may be useful
* Managing CRM platform
* Working with third party agencies / creatives
* Digital marketing strategy and website optimisation
* Managed at least one person
* Worked in a highly regulated industry

* Strategic and commercial mindset
* Ability to gather market insight and knowledge
* Engaging communicator and storyteller – excellent written skills
