We are currently looking for a Service Transition Manager in Staffordshire!
As a Service Transition Manager, you will lead the smooth handover of services from project delivery into live operations, ensuring clear communication, risk management, and operational readiness across teams.
Transition Planning: Create and manage detailed plans covering timelines, activities, and resources.
Risk Management: Identify risks, collaborate with Operations teams, and implement mitigations.
Ensure transparent updates and issue resolution between Delivery, Operations, and Senior Management.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards and adherence to policies throughout the transition process.
Training: Lead knowledge management and training to prepare teams for new services.
Drive process enhancements for more efficient service transitions.
Performance Monitoring: ITIL Support: Assist with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Experience managing service transitions in IT environments.
Strong ITIL knowledge (V4 Managing Professional or V3 Service Transition).
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
