Based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, we are looking for a Transactional Finance Manager. This role will involve managing the accounts payable & accounts receivable processes and providing leadership to the Finance Assistants within the team. Role Responsibilities All aspects of the management of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) team. Assist with queries from any areas of the business. Oversee credit control and the expenses process. Collect, analyse and report on financial data. Manage VAT returns and queries. Provide weekly cashflow forecasts. Maintain and report on month end and year end figures. Look to continuously improve systems, processes and procedures. About You The following relevant skills, knowledge and experience are required. Experience in a similar role managing an AP / AR function. Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office. Hands on purchase ledger and payments experience. Hands on sales ledger and customer experience. Significant supervisory experience. Experience of improving systems and ways of working.
