Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven B2B Digital Marketer to join our growing manufacturing company in Bristol. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire marketing lifecycle—from lead generation and brand awareness to client retention—developing and executing strategies that fuel business growth. Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you’ll focus on driving high-quality leads, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering measurable results that exceed business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. E-mail Marketing/ CRM
o Plan, create, and execute e-mail marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers using accurate segmentation per relevant industry.
o Support the launch of a new CRM that integrates with the ERP system.
o Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
2. SEO & Search
o Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.
o Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure a seamless user experience.
o Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and SEO tools.
o Plan, write, and publish engaging blog posts, news updates, and website content to enhance brand authority and improve search rankings.
o Work with internal teams and industry experts to create compelling case studies and thought leadership articles.
3. Web Development & Updates
o Collaborate with internal teams or external developers to improve website functionality and UX.
o Implement new web features and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
4. Reporting on marketing performance metrics
o Monitor Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), ensuring smooth handover to the sales team.
o Develop automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
o Provide insights on lead performance and conversion trends.
o Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Essential Skills
* Experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
* Strong content creation skills, with experience in writing SEO-driven blog posts, news updates, and web content.
* Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp).
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in briefing designers or working with creative agencies.
* Knowledge of lead tracking and reporting tools.
* Knowledge of ERP systems like Netsuite.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI or other data analysis platforms.
This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Bristol office, 5 days a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
