About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Community Pharmacist to join our client's team in Aberdeen. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a range of pharmaceutical services to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispense medications according to prescriptions
* Provide medication advice and information to patients
* Conduct medication reviews to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
* Manage the pharmacy efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative pharmacy services that meet the needs of our community
Requirements
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
* A minimum of two years' experience as a Community Pharmacist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
