We have an opportunity for a Videographer to join our great Comms team on a hybrid basis. Your role As the Videographer within RSA you will be working closely with colleagues in the Brand and Communications team to plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites and internal communications. You will also work closely with colleagues across RSA, including but not limited to marketing, product, sales and people teams to understand content needs and ensure alignment with company objectives. You will brainstorm and pitch creative video concepts that resonate with our target audience. You will write scripts and storyboards that clearly convey our core narrative and brand positions which bring our messages to life and have clear calls-to-action. You will operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices. About you To be successful in this role you will have a good understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition. You will have good storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. You will have proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). You will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will have good organisational and project management skills, with a creative mindset. You will be a good communicator to all levels (written, verbal and interpersonal). What we offer you At RSA we put our people first.
